I was invited to attend the launching of the new lingerie line at Macy’s in Pearland, TX for all the curvy divas out there. Psyche Terry, creator of Urban Intimates, started her brand by understanding the importance of how undergarments fit to the curvy woman’s body. She explained how to wear the garments and what type of woman it was made for. And did I mention that this line is EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE. Like for real! I was so surprised when I saw a sexy and soft bra actually priced below $40 bucks especially in Macy’s! I really loved the silk panties (<== I feel shy typing that!). They were extremely SOFT and I loved the nude (more like chocolate or coco) color. It was great that there were options for a nude color for my skin tone!
This event featured a red carpet for guest and delicious petit fours and mocktails. There were bra fittings for guests as well to make sure customers were receiving the right size and fit. Psyche mingled with guests and answered additional questions about Urban Intimates as well as showed her favorite pieces from her line.
