Boston or Bust: Betsey Johnson Fashion Show

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month! People all over the country host events dedicated to spread information about breast cancer as well as receive donations to find a cure for it.

Having breast cancer 11 years ago, Betsey Johnson brought her talents to Boston to help support the women at South End Community Health Center to make sure every woman has access to information about breast cancer. Betsey even stated that she did a self examination and found a lump. After fighting her battle, she felt compelled to spread the word.

 To make the night even better, Betsey Johnson teamed up with Brian Kelly of Kelly Fiat to raffle a bright pink Fiat with Betsey Johnson’s signature stamped on the front. If you want to be the lucky winner click here to purchase a raffle ticket! The winner will be announced October 31, 2011.

It’s important to make sure that we don’t forget about ourselves ladies! Remember to encourage your mother, aunt, grandmother and friends to self examine themselves and also to speak to their doctors!
