Can’t believe my birthday has finally come! August got here so fast! Honestly, I totally forgot about my birthday until right after Sweet T’s 2nd Birthday. I didn’t know how exactly I wanted to celebrate until last week!

My husband surprised me and took off from work to hang out with me while Sweet T was at school. All we did was go to the movies to see Equalizer 2 (which was amazing by the way!) and eat lunch together. It was simple and perfect.
This weekend, I’ve rented a stay at a popular downtown hotel. I’ve invited my close friends to come hangout with me at the pool! If you want to see what we are up to, make sure you follow my InstaStories to see our fun stay.
When we were shooting this look, Sweet T wanted to get in on the action. After looking at these photos, I realized that she watches every move I make. I’m literally the walking example for her and I want to show her how to celebrate and love herself.
Anyway, right now I’m finishing up a video I did on a fashion haul. I purchased some items from Target and ASOS (where this blue dress is from) during their summer sales.
