This has to be the best master bathroom renovation ever! It was so fun to pick out everything for our master bathroom. The additions for our bathroom brightened the room so much and we couldn’t be more proud of it!
As you can tell, the floors were the biggest issue for me. I don’t know why the builders of the home chose this particularly floor tile for this house but it was AWFUL. This pinkish tile was in the foyer, the bathrooms, the fireplace, and the kitchen backsplash. It was seriously the worst tile ever!

Our master bathroom counters were actually one piece! This was the reason we decided to go ahead and get the countertops replaced. We originally weren’t going to update the countertops, but our contractor found funds in our budget. We also decided to add a black frame around our very large mirror. We knew that this would set off the design and make the accents pop.
During the redesign, I was seriously stuck on getting black sinks! The only reason we didn’t get them is that we couldn’t find the perfect ones for our new quartz countertops. We are still satisfied with the way it came out!

The redesign tile floor is my absolute favorite! It’s literally the glue that brings the master bathroom together. It’s a mosaic pattern that incorporates the colors black, white, and gray. I REALLY wanted a black and white bathroom (check out my Pinterest board here) but the master bathroom walls were already painted gray. We wanted everything to match and complement each other.

Here’s the grand finale is the shower! Our standalone silver, old shower was transformed with the frameless shower with brushed metal and black accents. We changed out the showerhead and it fits so perfectly with the new style.

In Brittany fashion, I am not done with this bathroom! lol I want to add a few more touches that I plan to hopefully finish by the end of the year.
